Delivery and Exchange/Refund Policy

Delivery Methods:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-4 after the despatch date. 
    • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 after despatch for an additional fee.

International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.

Processing Times:

  • Since each item is handmade with care in our Nottingham based studio, processing your order takes approximately 14-21 working days. During busy periods or for specific custom orders, it may take a little longer.

Eco-Friendly Packaging:

  • We use recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable materials to minimise waste. We avoid plastic wherever possible and use sustainable materials like kraft paper, brown tapes, and reusable boxes.

Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic Standard Shipping: £4.50 / Domestic Express Shipping: £5.50
  • International Shipping: Price variable.
    Tracking numbers are provided once item is despatched.
    Items are to be only shipped to the provided shipping address. 

Exchange/Refund Policy

If something isn't quite right, the exchange/return policy is here to help.

As the majority of the items are made to order, there is an exchange policy in place. There is a timeframe of 7 working days after receiving your order for an exchange request to be submitted. In order to start this process, please fill out the contact form with your name, order number and reasons why you wish to exchange the item here.

Any questions or queries please submit them via the contact form. 

Unfortunately, Sale items are not permitted for an exchange or return. On the rare occasion, items that have been made from limited edition fabrics may be exchanged but is based on a case to case enquiry.

Items that are ready to ship can be returned in unworn, new condition for a refund.

There is a cancellation fee of 20% of the order cost if the order is cancelled after 5 days of purchase.
