Shipping and Refund Policy

Please double check your confirmation email as item details cannot be changed once I start working on your order.

Shipping: Postage costs for the UK are a standard rate of £4.95 and take 2-5 working days. Free shipping when you spend over £150. If you need the item quicker then express shipping is £5.95 and takes 1-3 working days.

International shipping is available at checkout with prices up to £40. Most import tax and duties are paid upfront meaning there may be no extra charges however this is not always guaranteed and is a case by case basis, any extra charge are to be covered by the customer. 

All international orders are considered final sale after being shipped and so are not eligible for a refund/exchange. If you have any queries please email info@rebekahpeters.com before purchasing. 

Return Policy: Please email info@rebekahpeters.com within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number and reasons why you like to return the item. Refunds are offered on a case by case basis and an exchange is more likely the outcome. 

For returns, a £4.50 postage fee will be deducted from your refund cost.

The quickest option is a return for store credit. In this case, a return shipping label will be sent to you, and on return, you will receive full store credit. There is no timeframe on spending the credit and this can be used in conjunction with discounts and offers.

Sale items and items that have been made to measure such as those with an alternative length or waist measurement are not permitted for an exchange, return or refund. Please double check your confirmation email for the sizing, colours etc as each item is made to order and cannot be changed once in process. 

There is an automatic cancellation fee of 50% of the order cost if the order is cancelled for all made-to-order pieces.
