Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping:
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail using the track24 or track48 delivery options. All orders will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been fulfilled. Worldwide shipping is available on checkout and an estimated delivery timeframe is 10-21 days. International custom or import fees are to be covered by the customer. 

 

Exchange/Return Policy:
If something isn't quite right, there is an exchange/return policy in place. In case of a return or an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in new condition with the original tags. Please email info@rebekahpeters.com within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number and reasons why. 

The quickest option is a return for store credit. In this case, a return shipping label will be sent to you, and on return, you will receive full store credit. There is no timeframe on spending the credit and this can be used in conjunction with discounts and offers.

If the item doesn't quite fit, then this can be altered to suit free of charge. 

Alternatively, there is the option to exchange the item, for an item of the same price *this does not include limited edition fabrics. 

Refunds are offered on a case by case basis.

Sale items and items that have been made to measure such as those with an alternative length are not permitted for an exchange, return or refund.

There is an automatic cancellation fee of 50% of the order cost if the order is cancelled for made-to-order pieces.

 

Eco-Friendly Packaging:
We use recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable materials to minimise waste. Please re-use packaging where possible.
